In practical terms, to ensure that the quality requirements of clients are met as effectively and efficiently as possible, projects are managed and regulated by means of a Project Quality Plan. The Project Quality Plan is the particular application of the firm’s “Quality Management System” to each project and reflects the project team’s commitment. It is a written document and is subject to regular review and updating. |
|
The Project Quality Plan includes:
|
- programming of the work and the assignment of duties and responsibilities to particular team members;
- defining design standards and references;
- stage by stage review of assumptions and intended recommendation;
- lines of communication;
- document control requirements; and
- key administration and other project data.
