Quality Management
In practical terms, to ensure that the quality requirements of clients are met as effectively and efficiently as possible, projects are managed and regulated by means of a Project Quality Plan. The Project Quality Plan is the particular application of the firm’s “Quality Management System” to each project and reflects the project team’s commitment. It is a written document and is subject to regular review and updating.

The Project Quality Plan includes:
  • programming of the work and the assignment of duties and responsibilities to particular team members;
  • defining design standards and references;
  • stage by stage review of assumptions and intended recommendation;
  • lines of communication;
  • document control requirements; and
  • key administration and other project data.
